Shipping Information
This information is very important and should be read in full.
All orders will have some sort of post and packaging to pay. There are more important notes towards the end of the page regarding deliveries, Paypal and disputes.
Deliveries in the UK
- Standard Delivery by Royal Mail is £2.00 per item (see note below)
- 1st Class Delivery (Packet) £3.62
- Recorded Delivery - £3.62 with additional items charged at £1.50 each
- Without recorded delivery, we cannot be held responsible for non delivery
European Shipping and Delivery
- Recorded Delivery £3.00 (Parcel must be signed for)

NOTES ON DELIVERY
If the Post or carrier cannot deliver for reason of INCORRECT address then we reserve the right to charge an additional supplement while we try to deliver your parcel. We take no resposibility for lateness of delivery however caused.
Products that are currently in stock are normally depatched within 24 - 48 hours of your cleared payment. In the unusual event that a product is out of stock, you will be notified of this and we would expect to get your goods to you within 14 days.
Damage In Transit
It will be your responsibility to inform us immediately of any damage to delivered goods. Details must be recorded on the delivery documentation, and we must be notified no later than 24 hours after delivery. It is imperative that you do not dispose of any of the packaging as this will be required to affect your claim against the carrier.
Shortage
It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the delivery or carrier consignment note. If you suspect that there are items missing from delivery, first check that the order has not been partly shipped. Any shortage must be noted on the delivery note and we are to be notified within 24 hours.
Incorrect Goods
Notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 24 hours of delivery. If the items are not what you ordered, you must not open the manufactures packaging or use the items. It is your responsibility to notify us.
Non deliveries
We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 2 days from expected delivery date.
We shall accept no liability for shortages, non deliveries, incorrect goods or damaged on delivery outside the stated time scales. Except when extenuating circumstances have prevented the notification within the stated time scale.
You will be given instructions by email of how to proceed.

1. The goods must be unused.
2. The goods must be in their original condition & UN-OPENED packaging.
3. Goods that are not heat sealed in the box are non refundable and non exchangeable.
4. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.
5. The goods must be received back within 7 days from the day you received your order. You are responsible for return postage if the goods were supplied correctly
6. If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods at the member's cost.
7. All Goods must be returned in resale condition. If the goods are not returned in the same resale condition to which they we received, then goods will be returned to the member at their cost.
8. DVD's and CD's are non returnable, unless the item is damaged. In this case a replacement will be issued. The reason for this is that the industry has in the past refunded or replaced with alternatives and the buyer has copied the origional. Therefore NO REWFUND OR REPLACEMENT WILL BE MADE UNLESS AS STATED THE ITEM IS DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED.

Paypal Disputes and Members.
Please read this very carefully. Paypal are an internet merchant; they are there to allow you to make and receive payments for your transactions with us. If after reading the following details, you instigate a paypal dispute for any transaction with our company, and have NOT adhered to the following conditions, or any of our postage conditions and timescales, then we will, without warning suspend the membership account concerned.
If for whatever reason, a paypal dispute is created, and a member has not adhered to the terms below, and paypal refund the payment, then we will issue a private invoice for the debt, to be collected via our overdue accounts department. This will also incur collection costs, and may affect your credit history.
The above comments are a condition of membership use, and we ask you to email us your queries BEFORE placing any dispute, because decisions will not be reversed once an account is suspended, or a debt has been passed to our collections department. We are here to work together, and always here to help. Thank you.

Items that cannot be delivered, and returned to us - If sending items recorded delivery, or even un-recorded, meaning the royal mail will attempt to either deliver the item or leave you a card to collect. If the product cannot be delivered, or is not collected from the local sorting office and returned to us, we will charge an administration fee of £4 per item.
Therefore, if the item needs resending, or refunding, an administration fee of £4 will be charged.

Football souvenirs - Football souvenirs will be sent to UK ONLY, unless contacted for additional postage rates based on weight, and then a risk factor will be assessed, based on variables, on the potential of sending any order overseas.

All orders over £12
Orders over £12 MUST be sent recorded delivery. If orders are placed via the website, and they do not include recorded delivery, and the value is over £12, then Mega Store 4U will not be held responsible for any non-received items. Please note, that we have been receiving orders, and in many cases sending orders, for £40-£50+ to customers that have then turned around and claimed a false non-receipt from members.
Please note, that if this happens and you have not asked for the order to be sent recorded delivery, then we will NOT be responsible for the order, as we have had several orders where customers have received the order, and because they have not requested recorded, they have made fraudulent claims to get their money back. Our investigators will pursue these fraudulant claims. We will not be held responsible for your decision not to use recorded delivery. This is the safest way to receive your order.

International Orders
ALL international orders, without exception will HAVE to be sent international recorded delivery. This is to protect YOU and to protect us from the many fraudulent claims international buyers seem to place. The chances of an international order being lost, or claiming a false, 'non-receipt' increases dramatically, if not signed for. We will not take the risk, and neither should you.
Southern Ireland: Due to the amount of items that have gone 'missing' to Southern Ireland, we no longer will post anything there, but single dvds. It is simply far too time-consuming chasing up missing orders, when we have clear evidence that we cannot rely on the Southern Irish postage system to deliver items.
Although the majority of our items are delivered to the UK, we still may refuse to send items to any international destination if we consider the risk factor too high. For example, if items have the possibility of being caught up in customs for any reason, we will use our experience to make a decision based on whether it is viable to post the item. If we consider the risk too high, then the order will be refunded.

Lingerie Products
Please note, that due to the nature of the lingerie industry, where very little is manufactured in the UK, the products we offer are imported from the USA. Although UK stocks are obviously kept, if items go out of stock, especially at busy times of the year, timescales are extended as to when items are restocked. Therefore, depending on stock availability, delivery to customers can take up to 14 working days. If this happens, the order will be placed on hold for a back-order, and customers will be advised accordingly.
Please note, that if a lingerie item is on back order, and a member has asked for this to be ordered on a back-order basis, then the order CANNOT be cancelled.
Under such circumstances, you will be advised and asked if you wish to wait, or cancel the order accordingly.

All General Orders
In general, our products will be delivered to the UK without any issues. If we deem the risk factor to high to send a particular order overseas, then we will decline the order, and a refund will be made. There are many variables we will use to calculate such a risk, including possible customs implications, and the risks of an order being deemed 'not received' using historical order information.
Recorded Delivery
If chosen, orders will be sent by recorded delivery, although only will we spend the time seeking the recorded delivery number, if it is suggested the order has not arrived at the specific destination. We sent thousands of orders per week, and it takes a considerable amount of resources to send recorded delivery numbers for every item. Therefore, please only request a recorded delivery number if the item has not arrived after 7 working days.
